Bolognese Spaghetti (minced meat and sauce)


Time: 10-11h
Ingredients:
(4 / 6 people)
  • 1 Garlic French (may be substituted for onions)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50g bacon into strips
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 Courgette
  • 800 g minced beef (can also be mixed)
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 small cup of broth (dilute a Knorr stock cube in boiling water)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Fry in a non-stick pan, strips of bacon for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Place the olive oil in the Crock Pot, followed by grated carrot and zucchini (courgette) into small pieces.
  3. Joins the mushrooms, minced meat, tomato puree, fried strips of bacon,mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap all ingredients well and add broth and wine.
  5. Is correcting the seasoning (the liquid you see is your sauce, if it is few add water for more sauce), possibly putting nutmeg, parsley, paprika and other herbs suitable for meat.
  6. Turn the Crock Pot Slow Cooker at least 10 hours.
  7. In the evening, dinner is ready and you just have to cook spaghetti.
  8. Serve bolognese meat in the Crock Pot.

  1. Very different from the sauce I knew, but very tasty and nice to combine with rice and pasta! We've frozen half of the quantity which makes it an easy and healthy alternative when we do not have time (or energy) to cook.
