I used my minced meat in bolognese sauce and I did some rice in the rice cooker. In the bottom of the ove dish, I placed the meat and on its top the rice with some slices of Portuguese chouriço to look nice.
The rice took around 10/15 minutes and in the oven pre-heated was 15/20 minutes. So, a little more than half an hour, I served a very good oven meal, with an accompaniment of steamed courgette envolved in herbs (oreganos and meat mixture, salt included). This steamed courgette was prepared also in the rice cooker.
