- 2 leftovers chicken breasts baked
- 1 head of broccoli
- 12 slices bacon
- 5 eggs
- 200 ml cream (light)
- Puff pastry enough to cover the bottom of quiche dish for oven (5 squares in this case)
- Margarine to spread the quiche dish for the oven
- salt and pepper q.b.
Preparation:
- Prepare oven to 180 degrees.
- Cook the broccoli for 15 minutes.
- Cover the quiche dish for oven with butter (or oil) and cover it with pastry.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cream and chicken eggs broken into small pieces.
- Add to above mixture broccoli (only the head).
- Pour this mixture in the quiche's form and garnish with slices of bacon.
- It take about 30 minutes in the oven.
