Quiche w/chicken and broccoli

Time: 35-45 minutes



Ingredients:
(3 / 4 people)
  • 2 leftovers chicken breasts baked
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 ml cream (light)
  • Puff pastry enough to cover the bottom of quiche dish for oven (5 squares in this case)
  • Margarine to spread the quiche dish for the oven
  • salt and pepper q.b.


Preparation:
  1. Prepare oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cook the broccoli for 15 minutes.
  3. Cover the quiche dish for oven with butter (or oil) and cover it with pastry.
  4. Beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cream and chicken eggs broken into small pieces.
  6. Add to above mixture broccoli (only the head).
  7. Pour this mixture in the quiche's form and garnish with slices of bacon.
  8. It take about 30 minutes in the oven.
