French Crepes



100gr flour, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg, 250ml milk, you blend it and you have the base. You can do 50/50 buckwheat flour/classic flour, it's also good. This is for 5 big pancakes, 10 small. For sweet pancakes I add 1 vanille suiker, and a tablespoon orange blossom water.
