Scones - Janet's Recipe

Scones - Janet's Recipe

  • 8oz of flour 
  • 2oz of butter 
  • 2oz of suger
  • baking powder and 
  • 2oz of rasins,


First you mix the flour, butter and baking powder together to make bread crumbs. Add the sugar and raisins.

Then add a little milk and mix together to make a dough.

Once in a dough roll, cut out and bake for 15 mins, on 180 degrees!
