Slow Cooker Crock Pot: Minced Meat

Time: 10-11 hours
( 4/6 Persons)

1 Leek ( onion )
3 tablespoons olive oil
50g bacon into strips
1 small can chopped mushrooms (optional)
2 medium carrots chopped
1 Courgette
800 g Minced Beef (or mixed)
Tomato paste
1 glass of red wine
1 small cup of beef broth (dilute one Knorr  bouillon cube in boiling water)
Pepper and Salt to taste



Preparation :

Fry in a non-stick pan , strips of bacon for 2 or 3 minutes on medium heat.
Place the oil in a Crock Pot, followed by the grated carrot and zucchini into small pieces.
Joins the mushrooms, minced meat, tomato pulp, strips of fried bacon, mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap all ingredients well and add the broth and wine .
Rectifying up the spices (put water if you find that it has little liquid for the sauce), possibly putting nutmeg, parsley, sweet pepper or other herbs suitable for meat .
Turn Slow Cooker Crock Pot at least 10 hours.


At the end of the day , bake and serve spaghetti to accompany the "bolognese meat" in the Crock Pot.
