Turkey au vin (Crock Pot)


Ingredients:
1 turkey leg 
1 onion
1 can of mushrooms 
1 small can of tomato paste 
5 fresh carrots - peeled and chopped small pieces 
2 cups of water
celery, garlic, pepper and salt to taste

Preparation method:
Put 2 cups of water and the small can of tomato paste into a bowl and blend. Add to crockpot. 
Add the remaining ingredients to the Crock Pot and stir. 
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. 

Served with a baked, boiled or mashed potato.
