Diet: eating at the evening

Soon, I am going to make a diet. Some ideas for easy and diet evening meals:

  • Pieces of chicken in the fry pan with olive oil and pesto.
  • Aubergine, courgette (zucchini), garlic stirred in the wok, using olive oil.
  • 100-150g Grilled steak (ribeye, can also be) with boiled or woken vegetables
  • Cous cous with vegetables
  • Grilled chicken: I will start by ordering from Casa Piri Piri (Portuguese restaurant in Netherlands, where you can have a very healthy grilled chicken.)
