- Pieces of chicken in the fry pan with olive oil and pesto.
- Aubergine, courgette (zucchini), garlic stirred in the wok, using olive oil.
- 100-150g Grilled steak (ribeye, can also be) with boiled or woken vegetables
- Cous cous with vegetables
- Grilled chicken: I will start by ordering from Casa Piri Piri (Portuguese restaurant in Netherlands, where you can have a very healthy grilled chicken.)
As a Portuguese my recipes are mediterranean like. Following a mediterranean diet will make you healthy and if you have some extra weight, loosing them.
