Grilled Vegetables with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 chopped green peppers
  • 3/4 Aubergine slices
  • 1/4 medium zucchini, thin slices
  •  3 fresh medium mushrooms, thin slices
  • 50 gr Chickpeas
  • 1 tbs of Tzattziki
  • herbs at taste (salt, pepper, garlic in powder or meat herbs)


    Instructions:

    Grill the aubergine at the same time you wok the vegetables in the wok pan, with the olive oil. Place the mushrooms at the end, at the same time with the worcestershire sauce. Place herbs as your taste. I did it with herbs already prepared for meat (which had salt, pepper and garlic).

    The vegetables are cooked in a few minutes. As it is placed in a bowl, add half of a table spoon in two opposite places of the bowl. Enjoy it! It really tastes nice!
