Tapas home made (Tapas à casa)



In Netherlands this meal is known as the Spanish "tapas". For Portuguese and Spanish this is only a meal joining several leftovers from the previous 2/3 days.

Here you can see:
- fried shrimps (with lemon)
- meat balls with tomato sauce
- chicken with courgette, mushrooms and tomato sauce 
- "bacalhau à Gomes de Sá"
- pasta
- potatoes with garlic sauce

Some of these recipes were already published and others, I will do as soon as possible. For now you get the idea how to make a very attractive dinner.

Nesta foto apresenta-se de forma atractiva um refeição composta de restos de refeições dos 2 dias anteriores. Espero que seja uma boa sugestão para um excelente jantar.
Restos:
- almondegas  com molho de tomate
- frango com courgete em molho de tomate
- bacalhau à Gomes Sá
- massa
Efectuado na altura:
- batatas pré cozidas fritas em azeite com alho, sal e pimenta
- camarões fritos em azeite com alho, sal, piri-piri e pimentão
