Tortilha's country

Calories: 390 Kcal
Preparation Time: 40 min.
Amount: 4 servings


Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs plus 4 eggs whites
  • 2 dl cream soy
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (coriander, sage, rosemary, chives), salt, pepper to taste


Preparation Method:

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Bring them to boil in water seasoned with salt. Once cooked, remove them from the water, let them cooling down  and scoop out the skin. Cut them into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.
  3. In a bowl beat eggs with egg whites, cream and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper and beat well.
  4. Bring the oil to medium heat in a skillet that can also go in the oven. Then add the onions, garlic cloves and cook until the onion is browned.
  5. Add the potatoes and eggs.
  6. Wrap it carefully and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve decorated with taste.
Tip: You can add mushrooms or shredded leftover chicken.
