I did this recipe today again. It was delicious but the photo is not very nice. Well, this is my first time of photo work. I will get better. If we take a little of the rice quantity, it really looks a diet recipe. I missed the mushrooms and the paprika, also. I added some long beans to the meal... after the photo. Sorry!!! Better next time.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 dessert spoon paprika
- 200g fresh mushrooms
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup hot water
- 600g chicken breast (diced)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup skim yogurt
- salt and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation methode:
- Saute the onion in a little water, add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, paprika, mushrooms and chicken stock dissolved in hot water.
- Bring to a boil and add the chicken to cook.
- Separately, mix the flour with milk and yogurt.
- Add the sauce and let thicken.
- Finally, taste the salt and add the parsley.
