Light chicken stroganoff

I did this recipe today again. It was delicious but the photo is not very nice. Well, this is my first time of photo work. I will get better. If we take a little of the rice quantity, it really looks a diet recipe. I missed the mushrooms and the paprika, also. I added some long beans to the meal... after the photo. Sorry!!! Better next time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 dessert spoon paprika
  • 200g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 600g chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup skim yogurt
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • salt and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation methode:
  1. Saute the onion in a little water, add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, paprika, mushrooms and chicken stock dissolved in hot water.
  2. Bring to a boil and add the chicken to cook.
  3. Separately, mix the flour with milk and yogurt.
  4. Add the sauce and let thicken.
  5. Finally, taste the salt and add the parsley.
